Finish: Medium Walnut; Rounded corners and edges. Vertical open slat back. Back is made from 1 in. lumber. Lower cross back is attached to the back posts with mortise and tennon. Seat is made from 1.25 in. lumber. Seat joints are held together with a grade of glue. Double saddled and rounded seat front for maximum comfort and style. Front posts are made from 2 in. lumber and tapered from the seat rail to the floor. Back posts are steam bent and are made from 1.25 in. lumber. Slats, arms and arm posts joined together with glue, screws, mortise and tennon. Steam bent side braces are glued, screwed to the seat and back posts for added strength. 3 in. screw is placed through the center of each adjoining leg for extra stability and strength.
